- Be on active duty, or have served and separated honorably in the United States Navy.
- Own and operate a legally registered and insured motorcycle.
- Have no felony convictions.
- Be in good standing with community.
FEES:
- First year: $70.00 This includes colors
- Subsequent years $20.00 ea. yr.
- First Mates (Wives/Husbands) purchase colors only.
